Monopoli Beach House takes its name from this magnificent seaside city that is Monopoli!

Located in a privileged position just 200 meters from the beaches and 600 meters from the entrance to Porta Vecchia, the historic centre.

It is a new and elegant apartment, located on the first floor of a condominium, equipped with a lift.

Entering through the main door you will be welcomed into the elegant living room where you will have a table and chairs for your meals, a comfortable sofa bed and a wall unit where there is a Smart TV and Dolby surround sound.

Separated from the living room there is a comfortable kitchen complete with: oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishes and PC. The kitchen leads to a comfortable balcony surrounded by windproof curtains, a wooden table and chairs to enjoy a sweet breakfast. Also on the balcony there is a small compartment where the washing machine is located.

The bedrooms are on opposite sides in such a way as to guarantee privacy even for two couples of friends.

The first bedroom to the right of the entrance consists of two single beds and a wardrobe. From here you can access the balcony shared with the kitchen.

The main bedroom is located to the right of the entrance and is composed of a double bed, bedside tables, changing table and a wardrobe. In addition, a workstation, ideal for smart working. There is also a safety deposit box. The room is very bright thanks to the view onto the second balcony where you will have access to outdoor seating and furniture where you will find an iron and ironing board.

The bathroom is located before the double bedroom and is complete with shower, toilet, bidet and sink. The very large shower will make you relax thanks also to the play of chromotherapy lights.

Monopoli Beach House truly enjoys a privileged position, away from the chaos but close to everything. The beautiful beaches Cala Paradiso, Porto Verde Beach, La Perla Nera are just 5 minutes walk away.

Parking is outside but not difficult to find given the proximity to the Eurospin supermarket.
