THIS IS NOT YOUR ORDINARY VACATION CONDO - IT IS OUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME, AND IS EQUIPPED AND CARED FOR AS SUCH. We and our family spend time in the condo throughout each year and have furnished, equipped and decorated it to the high standard we wish to enjoy. If you stay here it is that comfort you will be sharing. Rental week is Saturday to Saturday (arrive at 4PM, check out 10am).
Our condo is a very spacious (1650 sq ft), fully air-conditioned, THREE BEDROOM apartment with private direct beach access and a shared pool which is heated in the winter months. It was built in 2000, and is beautifully furnished and recently redecorated. The kitchen was recently upgraded in fall/winter 2014/5, with new cupboards, new tiling and a granite worktop.
Our unit's position is TO THE RIGHT OF the text on the main listing picture and our unit balcony is almost touching the right pointing arrow in that picture - see main picture.
The condo sleeps six in one king (en-suite) bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a two twin bed room. Every bedroom is equipped with cable TV, wi-fi.
The king bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, washbasin and separate shower cubicle. In addition it has a very large walk-in master closet room.
The main accommodation area provides seating for six on a leather sectional sofa unit and a leather recliner. There is a new smart TV, dvd player and multiple dvds to enjoy during your stay.
Free Wi-Fi access is provided for all of our guests.
The dining area seats six around a large formal table. There is ample cupboard and drawer space and several books to sit back and enjoy at your pleasure.
The living accommodation and bedrooms have been tastefully furnished with pictures, paintings, and more than ample lighting provided by table and reading lamps. There are overhead fans in all bedrooms and in the living areas. The accommodation is carpeted and tiled throughout.
There is additional seating for six in the fully equipped luxury kitchen area which has a large work surface and is complete with a self cleaning range/cooker, a microwave, and a refrigerator/freezer with ice-maker. The kitchen also has cooking utensils and service for at least six people. There is also a coffee maker and a blender.
The main bathroom is conveniently situated between the twin and queen bedrooms and has a bath/shower with sliding glass screens, toilet and wash basin. In the utility corridor you will find a half bathroom facility with a wash basin and a regular size washer and tumble dryer together with iron and ironing board.
The condo is 1650 square feet in size and has two balconies - one which catches the sun beautifully in the afternoon and has two reclining chairs, two regular chairs and two tables and provides a partial sea and beach view. The other balcony on the street side of the condo is equipped with two regular chairs.
No need to haul all of your beach items upstairs either, as we have an equipped locked storage area on the ground floor that has beach chairs, boards, floaties and 2 bicycles for you to use during your stay. We just ask that you keep the area as you have found it and enjoy.
The condo is an upper level unit in a block of two which stand above their own exclusive covered parking with space for two cars for each unit. Parking permits will be provided.

My husband and I are empty nesters and decided to purchase the condo for a place to relax and enjoy our family. We live in Texas but enjoy the Tampa area and all it has to offer.

What makes this Condo unique
Our unit is one of only two that is equipped with three bedrooms, large enough (1650 ft2) to spend quiet time for the week or even the month. What we also enjoy is it location, close yet also far enough away from attractions, Clearwater beach (10 minutes), St. Petersburg (20 minutes), Tampa airports(30 minutes), Busch Gardens and SeaWorld (40 minutes) Disneyland in Orlando (90 minutes). Then back at home, it is located steps from the beach, no street to cross and the pool is there for those who choose to use it.

It's a gem
Always love our stay here. This was our 4th time renting this condo. Always clean, with all you need to enjoy your stay. Full kitchen equipment, although great restaurants a walk a way. (We love Keegan's Seafood and PJs Seafood) does have a good flight of stairs to climb, but will help you burn off the great food in Indian Rocks beach;) A locker full of beach gear, so you don't have to travel with it. We loved the beach so much and it's great for collecting shells.

Great condo and location on the beach, well cared for unit with all the amenities that you need. Was recommended to stay here and would recommend to all. Was close to a number of good restaurants and short drive to additional places as well as entertainment locations.

This is a great condo to stay in. Right on the beach, heated pool, convenient to everything in the area. Even with cool January weather for our week, we had a great time.
Great location and well cared for Condo..plenty of room for 6 guests and stocked with all the necessities, just bring your groceries!
Very Nice and Affordable Place to Stay!
We stayed at the Sea Isle for a week at the end of October 2015. The place was gorgeous inside. Very clean and a lot of extras (dishes, glasses, towels, soaps...just to name a few). The location was great, especially as close to the Gulf as we were! We loved the morning strolls on the beach as well as some sunsets and evening wave-watching, and to be able to just walk right back up the path to the condo made it even more special and relaxing! I recommend the Sea Isle!

My extensive search began as the search always starts; by reading reviews. The Sea Isle Villas were a perfect fit with location, availability to suit our travel dates, AND fabulous reviews.
Ian! Everyone was right about Ian. A perfect gentleman with perfect response time; so important when planning, so comforting during travel dates.
When we unlocked the door using the keybox, we were all pleasantly relieved. The unit is beautiful, especially the renovated kitchen. The space was more than what two adventurous mature couples needed, but we welcomed the extra room and amenities.
The overall experience was favorable. The disappointment we experienced in the response, or rather the unresponsiveness of the "key holder", Mary. We never saw her. The only time I heard her voice was when I phoned...and got her voicemail.
She did not " meet" us, as was indicated in her email, she did not arrive to secure the unit(and our personal items) when a routine furnace maintainence appointment occurred during our rental period. She did not have the combination to the bike lock, although Ian had indicated in the Welcome Folder that she would, and responded to me via text that I should have read the folder more carefully. Four professional adults had already searched through the folder for the combination, and assuming the "keyholder" would have the information, inquired to receive the information - not a reprimand.
After other issues with a clogged dryer vent, a dusurbingly disgusting blanket and a filthy over-burdened vacuum cleaner bag( when was the carpet truly cleaned last?) I was more than frustrated with the unseen woman who was hired to represent the Owner's best interest. Sure hope Mary can step up her game.
I emailed Ian. He responded immediately! He then phoned the condo! Both my friend and myself were able to speak with him. Our visit was stellar. The incidental situations were bothersome. Ian was amazing-again.
We all agreed that we would stay again. The problems were not enough to sway us from a return visit to Sea Isle. Thanks, Ian!

I can only apologise that Mary - without whose help we could not let out our unit - was on a training course for her professional organisation during much of your stay.
As i mentioned when we talked, most guests are happy to use the lockbox and to see Mary when they have settled in. She is available to meet and greet if requested, so I am not certain what happened this time.
The blanket was in a wardrobe - rather than on a bed - where it had been stored away but very regrettably seems to have found its way back into the "using" pile.
The cleaner brings her own vacuum cleaner and hovers all carpets on every visit as well as steam cleaning the tiles. In addition you are only the third guest to visit since we had Sears in to deep clean the carpets and stainproof them - so they were in fact very clean indeed! :)
The washer vent is an odd one because it can be very dangerous, but in fact we - and the maintenance company - have been unable to replicate the fault, and the dryer has been working well. As you know it (and the washer) was new in the late fall, and again you were only its third user. I can only apologise for the inconvenience.
Having said all that we are glad it didn't spoil your visit and thank you for your very kind feedback on our lovely home.
