This is our 5th time staying at the property! We love the location, the private pool and quiet beach! The owners have always been great to work with and quick to respond. Also love being able to walk to all the restaurants! Will keep coming back!

Perfect location. Beautiful sand beaches just steps away. Be prepared to take your stuff up steps, but if us old ladies could do it so can you! Worth the steps!

We had a wonderful stay in Indian Rocks Beach at this property. Chrissy and Rod were so responsive and easy to work with! The beach and pool were wonderful and convenient. The layout of the house was perfect for 2 couples- it was also clean and comfortable! We would definitely return!

Upon entering the place was nice n cool and clean. We had everything we needed and loved that our favorite restaurants were in walking distance. All the people visiting in the Bldg were nice and friendly at the pool. We didnt need to adjust air but not sure we would of been able to figure that out. Thermostat wasn't obvious.

Loved the location, close to beach, walking distance to many great restaurants, pool area was great! The condo itself was a bit outdated with rust stains in both bathtubs, accent rugs needed cleaned and internet/cable TV service went out several times. Host was very responsive to our questions. This room is very nice. Plenty of room for everyone to stay and sleep. Both couches pull out to make beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a full box fan for my sleeping habits. They didn't have a baby pack and play so that was a negative for me. I loved how convenient it was to be at the pool or beach. Anyone with large families knows your going back and forth to the room a million times. The absolute worst part for me was that yes its a top floor room. They make it clear in the listing. There isn't an elevator so your running up and down 4 flights of stairs. You have to pack all your luggage up and down 4 flights of stairs. I didn't remember seeing that there wasn't an elevator. I may have missed it but the front condos does have an elevator. While the back condos doesn't. Overall I would most definitely book this room again.

Accomodations and location were great! Wonderful access to beach, and beach chairs and towels provided. Beautiful sunsets !! Messaged the owner that the ice maker wasn't working and didn't receive a reply. Also, three reminders of responsibilities at check-out was a little overboard, but we would stay again.

The place is beautiful. I loved how everything was labeled. The pool was perfect… very warm but not too warm. The extra storage area had a ton of outdoor gear and convenient. Tons of towels. Loved the balcony too. Front view of ocean between buildings.

The access to the beach was great! View from the unit was limited but we could still see the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. The hosts were very responsive and instructions were clear for check-in/out. IRB is beautiful!

A throwback to old Florida, Indian Rocks Beach features beautiful dune lined beaches with aqua blue water. Legend has it that IRB got its name when a native medicine man brought his ailing chief to drink the water at a sulfur springs encircled by rocks in this area. IRB is close enough to restaurants & attractions but not too touristy. Grocery store approximately 3 miles from condo.

We are family owned and take great pride in sharing our love for this condo and this area with our guests.

This 3rd-floor, top-level condo is unlike the typical beach rental. Designed in a calming sea-glass color palette, the space invites instant relaxation and comfort, with every detail thoughtfully considered.

The condo is move-in ready, with starter supplies provided (soaps, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and more), so you can settle in and start enjoying your stay right away.

Best of all, you do NOT need to cross Gulf Blvd to reach the beach—just step outside and head straight to the sand. Convenient parking for up to 4 vehicles is available.

Guests also have access to a private storage closet stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, floaties, coolers, and more, making beach days easy and stress-free.
