Located on the powdery white sands of Indian Rocks Beach, this recently updated fully furnished 2BR/2Bath 1200 ft.² penthouse condo features breathtaking balcony Gulf view sunsets, private beach access, grilling area & much more. Fully stocked for weeks of beachside living, kitchen has all utensils, plates, flatware,etc. Sheets, towels & starter supplies included. Sofas are both sleepers to accommodate 6 adults comfortably. Swim in the heated pool as you gaze into Gulf of Mexico. 3rd floor.

****ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED IN CONDO!! Evidence of violations will result in fines ***

The place is beautiful. I loved how everything was labeled. The pool was perfect… very warm but not too warm. The extra storage area had a ton of outdoor gear and convenient. Tons of towels. Loved the balcony too. Front view of ocean between buildings.

This was our 3rd time renting this condo. We love the proximity to the beach and there are so many good restaurants in walking distance! Love coming back here every year!

The access to the beach was great! View from the unit was limited but we could still see the beach. Overall we had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and comfortable. We would stay there again. The hosts were very responsive and instructions were clear for check-in/out. IRB is beautiful!

We stayed here for my wifes 63rd b-day with older siblings. We stayed on 3rd floor using steps. The property was spotless clean, nice 2 bedroom and bathroom condo. The property is street blvd to ocean, but second building back from ocean or beach from front. There is a building ocean front inbetween this building and beach.we did not have to cross a street.The walk was less then 200’. We did have an ocean view but is limited. The pool is nice and clean. Parking is easy underneath the building. There are a few restaurants within walking distance. This is a really nice layed back neighborhood and the beach is extremely relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.

Good Stay

Overall was a good stay, The pictures are a bit unjust as the property is not on the beach as it appears, its set back and behind a building the same size and the only part of the beach you could see is a tiny sliver. However the beach is a very short walk away.The property is within walking distance to great food, gift shops and ICE CREAM!

Great visit to IRB!

We had a wonderful visit to IRB; Rod and Chrissy were amazing hosts! The condo is very well-stocked, including with beach gear. Communication with hosts was quick and easy. We love IRB and hope to stay at Sea Islander again on our next visit!

Amazing Home

This is an amazing property and Home. My grandsons loved the beach and pool. It was nice that the rental included pool and beach toys for the kids. Beach chairs and umbrellas for the adults was great also.

Gulf coast get away

The condo was spacious, well maintained and very clean. Location was great - just two minutes to the beach, and several restaurants within a short walk. However would need access to a vehicle for groceries and shopping. We found Uber reliable and inexpensive! As for the view- you can see the beach -but there are buildings in front of the condo - so somewhat limited. We enjoyed our stay - comfortable and relaxing!

2nd time staying here!

This was the 2nd time we stayed at this condo. We love the location, lots of restaurants are in walking distance and right on the beach. The day of check-in I reached out to the owners to let us know if we were able to check in early and they were quick to respond and we were able to get in a couple hours early which was super helpful. I also reached out to them about some beach chairs that were broken. They had 4 new chairs delivered in an hour! Pretty impressive! We will stay here again, we love coming to Indian rocks beach!

Relaxing Beach Vacation

This property has everything you need to have a relaxing week on the beach. Kitchen has everything you need; plenty of utensils, dinnerware, cooking utensils, pots and pans. It’s truly fully stocked. The beds are comfy with plenty of pillows. We appreciated having beach towels for use too. The location couldn’t be any more perfect. You can see the beach from your balcony and even from the living area/kitchen. We would definitely recommend this to any family or friends and will book again if we revisit Indian Rocks Beach.

Your crazy if you don’t book!!!

Normally, when we go on vacations, we have to worry about stocking, toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, things like that. Not this rental it is literally like being at home. The hospitality is over the top the owners do such a nice job of supplying a clean well stocked awesome little rental. We have saved this rental in our favorites so that we can come back hopefully again and again and again because the location is fabulous. It’s at an amazing price point and I couldn’t get over how well the property owners treated us and their rental like a Home.

A throwback to old Florida, Indian Rocks Beach features beautiful dune lined beaches with aqua blue water. Legend has it that IRB got its name when a native medicine man brought his ailing chief to drink the water at a sulfur springs encircled by rocks in this area. IRB is close enough to restaurants & attractions but not too touristy. Grocery store approximately 3 miles from condo.

We are family owned and take great pride in sharing our love for this condo and this area with our guests.

This 3rd floor top level condo is unlike what you may be used to. Beautiful & CLEAN. The sea glass pallet invites relaxation & comfort. No detail has been overlooked. “Move in” ready. Starter supplies included (soaps, laundry & dishwasher pods, etc.) You do NOT have to cross Gulf Blvd to access the beach. Parking available for 4 vehicles.

There is an awesome sand dollar reef just out from the condo for catch & release fun!
