Private heated & cooled in-ground pool, fenced yard, 80 ft of concrete dockage for boat parking and step down for easy kayak launching & swimming in the canal. Step inside to find a open floor plan, 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with island and built-in pantry, dining space, inside laundry closet, and great room over looking the backyard, canal, & pool. Situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, this is a private lot and there is plenty of parking for vehicles & boat trailers.
Cudjoe Gardens features walking & bike lanes, a neighborhood boat landing, marina for fuel, snacks, bait, and ice, and a delicious waterfront restaurant "The Bent Prop."
Located 25 Minutes to all the amenities & nightlife in Key West, 15 Minutes to Big Pine, and 20 minutes to the most beautiful beaches in the FL Keys- Bahia Honda State Park.
