Studio Nivolet with WiFi: City and Lake View

Discover this non-smoking studio, ideal for a couple with children. Located on the ground floor of a renovated house in the peaceful Gouttridos district, it offers a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle) and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and WiFi access (note: the signal may be weak). The bedroom features a double bed, a futon armchair bed (80 cm), and a cabinet bed (75 cm). A baby cot is available on request. The bathroom includes a hairdryer, toilet, and a drying rack for laundry.



Enjoy the tranquility of an unenclosed garden and a large shared south-facing terrace equipped with garden furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue. You have access to the garden and a spring water fountain, providing a pleasant setting. Gas heating is available even in summer if needed. Parking is provided, as well as storage space for skis or bikes in the owner’s garage.



You will enjoy a stunning view of the lake, located 2 km away, and the proximity of ski slopes just 1.5 km away. The region is perfect for a mountain holiday, with many outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, lake swimming, paddleboarding, windsurfing, and treetop adventure courses. Bed linen is not provided and final cleaning is your responsibility. Rentals are available for weekends or by the week, but long stays are not accepted. Pets are only allowed with prior agreement and a supplement is available for an extra fee.
