Located at Lake of the Ozarks, our cozy two- bedroom, two-level cottage is the perfect place to relax with family and friends. You’ll have your own private 12’ x 24’ dock and boat slip in a peaceful 5mm no-wake cove, giving you a great place to swim, fish, kayak, tie up your boat or simply sit by the water and enjoy the lake.

Whether you’re looking for a fun-filled boating weekend, a family getaway, a fishing trip or simply a quiet place to unwind, No Worries Lake Cottage is all about relaxing and enjoying your time together.

Our cottage is located on a wooded second-tier lot, giving you the peaceful feel of being surrounded by nature while still being close to the lake.

The two-level cottage comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests and includes:

The cottage has a comfortable, casual lake-house feel. This is a place to kick back after a day on the water, cook a meal together, play games, sit around the fire and enjoy being with the people you came with.

🛥️ PRIVATE DOCK & BOAT SLIP

The lake is the star of No Worries!

Guests have access to our private dock with a 12x24 boat slip located in a peaceful 5mm no-wake cove.

The dock is a great place to:

* Swim
* Fish
* Kayak
* Relax in the sun
* Watch the sunrise
* Tie up your boat
* Enjoy the peaceful water of the cove

We also provide two kayaks and life jackets, so you can get out on the water without having to bring everything with you.

The cove is no-wake, making it especially nice for swimming, relaxing and enjoying a quieter lake experience.

🔥 OUTDOOR LIVING

After a day on the lake, come back and enjoy the outdoor spaces at the cottage.

Relax on the covered porch with lake views, gather around the fire table, or head down to the backyard fire-pit area.

Enjoy dinner outside, fire up the grill and end the evening around the fire with your favorite people.

The spacious kitchen and dining area give everyone a place to gather, rather than having the cook stuck away from everyone else.

The cottage sleeps up to 6 guests.

Primary bedroom: Queen bed

Second bedroom: Two twin beds

Living area: Queen Sleeper Sofa

🚗 PARKING & BOATS

There’s plenty of parking for vehicles, and boat/ATV parking is available.

A Level 2 EV charger is also available near the dock.

📍 THE DOCK & ACCESS

One thing we want guests to know before booking: the cottage is on a second-tier wooded lot, rather than directly on the shoreline.

The private dock is approximately 60 yards from the cottage and is accessed by four sets of stairs.

Guests can also drive down to the dock, which makes bringing coolers, fishing gear and other lake equipment much easier.

We think it’s important to be upfront about this so you know exactly what to expect.

One of the best things about No Worries Lake Cottage is being able to enjoy the lake without feeling like you’re in the middle of all the activity.

Spend the morning on the water, come back for lunch, take the kayaks out in the afternoon, grill dinner and then finish the evening around the fire.

You can make your stay as busy or as relaxing as you want.
