Pink Par-Tee Villa Luxe Beach Getaway with Golf Cart


Create lasting memories at Pink Par-Tee Villa, a welcoming beach home designed for families of all ages. Ideal for multi-generational vacations, this spacious retreat is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything Surfside Beach has to offer.

Located in Oceanside Village, a golf cart community, you'll enjoy resort-style amenities and a quick golf cart ride to the beach, complete with dedicated parking for village guests.

This is a 3 story home with approximately 2800 sq ft. The bottom floor has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and has a kitchen and a back patio. The main floor has an open floor plan with a full kitchen and living room. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The top floor has 1 bedroom and 1 bath.

Kitchen is fully equipped including additional appliances such as air fryer, crock pot, waffle maker, Keurig coffee machine, and Ninja Slushi machine. A gas grill is also available.

Beach chairs and beach games, and three bicycles are available for your use. We also have golf clubs available, two right handed sets (Ladies and kids) and two left handed (Men’s and kids).

There are 3 swimming pools (2 outdoor and 1 indoor) tennis courts, bocce ball/horse shoes, basketball and playground in the community.

A 4-person golf cart is included with stay.

Additional golf carts must be rented through Ocean Side Village. Outside golf cart rentals are not permitted.

Guests have access to the entire home. For smaller groups, the upper and lower levels can also be rented separately, providing a flexible option to fit your needs.

Please note that guests wishing to park in the designated beach parking area must purchase a Beach Gate Key from the Oceanside Village Office.

Refund: $10 when the key is returned

We have been vacationing in Surfside Beach for over 15 years and have always loved the Oceanside Village community, beach, and nearby activities and restaurants. We live full-time in NJ, but escape to Oceanside Village whenever we have the chance.

Why they chose this property

Bermuda Bay is peaceful and relaxing but is still close to everything. Just a golf cart ride away from the pool, beach, restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.

What makes this property unique

It's a large home with plenty of space for family gatherings. We love that everyone can have their own area to relax whether it be enjoying the house, porch, or patio.
