Just a few blocks away is the dog-friendly Delaware Bay beach—perfect for morning and evening walks with your furry companion. Please note that dogs are not permitted on the beach between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
For even more fun, visit the nearby Wildwood Dog Park and Wildwood's dog-friendly beaches.
A $100 pet fee applies. Pet Guidelines will be sent for your review before booking.

• Top bunk beds are rated for guests 100 pounds or less
• Rinse sand off before entering the home

• Peak Summer Season (June–August): Saturday - Saturday weekly rentals only.
• Off-Season: Two-night minimum stay.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• Double-check closets, drawers, under beds & backyard for personal belongings. • Don’t forget your phones & phone chargers. • Make sure the grill propane tank is turned off and cleaned if used.
• Wipe down kitchen counters & sink. If used, clean stove and microwave. • Remove all food from the refrigerator & wipe down. • Place used towels in the bathroom, leave used beds unmade.
• Return all outdoor gaming accessories to the deck box when it rains & before checkout, close the umbrella when there are high winds and at checkout. • Take all trash to the outdoor bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
We allow 1 or 2 house-trained dogs, no other type pets allowed. Must clean up after your pet, includes dog hair and waste, waste bags are supplied
Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds. As an extra precaution, bring your own blankets or covers to help protect furniture and bedding.

The place is immaculate. Beautifully decorated. The patio was so nice. We really enjoyed sitting out on the patio with coffee. The neighborhood felt very safe. I was very comfortable with my daughter and her mother walking around the neighborhood. It was pretty close to everything. The owner is very kind and easy to reach. Our stay was amazing and very relaxing. I would book with them again.

Sam and his family were a pleasure to host. They treated my home like it was their own. Left the home clean, tidy and respected the property. Highly recommend to all hosts and they are welcome back anytime.
