Wonderful!

We had a great stay! Location, location, location! And the outdoor patio was awesome! It was the biggest and prettiest patio on the block! The house was very comfortable and exactly as advertised! We would stay here again!

Graduation weekend.

The home was perfect for our family while we were attending SDSU graduation. We were able to come back after ceremonies and relax in the yard area with the fire pit. Communication with Sharon was excellent. We look forward to staying again when our next SDSU Graduates in 2027!

Cozy Beach House

Such an adorable beach house steps from the sand. The big patio adds so much space to this property. Our family has stayed here twice and can't wait to come back next year.

The location was nice and convenient to the beach; VWRY close. A beautiful outside area (patio?) that was spacious with comfortable chairs.

Quiet oasis steps from the beach

This was the perfect home base for a girls’ getaway weekend! It was close enough to the beach for super easy access but just far enough that it was peaceful despite the spring break crowds. The owner was responsive and easy to work with, and the house had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Staycation

Coastal Comforts

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at this beach house. It was cozy, comfortable and well decorated. It had all the amenities of home including linens, towels and kitchen utensils. It is so close to the beach without being in a high traffic area.

Beach getaway

We loved this property, it’s exactly as advertised! It’s in the perfect location just steps away from the beach and the outdoor space is really enjoyable. The only reason we gave 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the cleanliness of the floors. We had a crawling age kiddo and the floors turned his legs and feet black, as well as ours from walking on it. The floor felt grimy to walk on. Aside from that, it was excellent!

Perfect location for families

The pictures are very accurate and our party of 6 was very comfortable staying here. The beach is so close! AND if you have kids I highly recommend staying here as you are super close to the Belmont arcade and fair. Lots of fun games and roses right on the boardwalk. Our 7 year old and twin 4 year olds LOVED the beach and the arcade and the restaurants that were super close. Highly recommend this propriety!

Had a great time. Close to most everything we wanted. House is small, like the rest in the area. But it accommodated 2 couples, two young kids and two babies quite well. Host was good to work with. Had a good time.👍

Family vacation

Location is perfect for family beach vacation. Much appreciated the on-site parking. Beach, food, groceries, coffee a very short walk. The bunk bed cave was perfect for our four year old grandson. Lots of beach toys available to use. Generous outside patio space, which was great for any/all meals. We did hear foot steps, etc from upstairs rental unit, but did not find that bothersome. We had a great stay and would recommend.

So Nice

This condo is perfect. It is close to the beach but not right on the board walk which is very nice. If you are right on the boardwalk on Mission Beach you loss privacy. This has the best of both worlds. One min walk to the beach with a patio. Just the best!!!!

The Amazing Getaway

This place was truly amazing the location the cleanliness the ambience. If we had any questions the owner got back with us immediately everything we needed was there. I look forward to coming that direction again but I hope these owners have a bigger place because I would love for the rest of my family to enjoy this beautiful experience.. the only thing that was missing was the fire pit in the backyard to keep us warm at night but it was okay we toughed it out and enjoyed the evening. It was home away from home thank you

Just feet away from the beach

We loved this property and it’s proximity to the beach and Belmont Pier. The house was well stocked with towels, blankets and the like. The kitchen provided ample dishes and utensils for us and the outdoor area was perfect for a small gathering. We did run short of TP but that’s normal with a house full of women. We hope to stay here in the future! If I had to find a draw back it’s the parking for guests. We had our daughter, boyfriend and roommates join us for dinner and they spent 45 minutes looking for a spot in the public lot. So encourage Uber or Lyft if you have locals joining you.

Great location, noisy area!

My family of 6 stayed at this property for 3 nights. The location was great. Close to beach and walking distance to attractions and restaurants. The house was not the cleanest as I found hair on bed sheets and In drawers. The plumbing also needs some attention as both bath tubs back up and do not drain good. The property is a duplex and the unit is the bottom unit. The unit above had guests that were loud and had children that sounded like they were running and jumping late at night and we were woken up by them early in the morning. Also the surrounding properties are very close, so the neighbors were also loud and there were multiple gatherings around us. I would not stay at this property again, only because of the noise.

Single level and the PATIO!!! We love how clean and easy this beach house is. We love the open kitchen design as I can watch the kids and cook easily. The patio is our outdoor room and we just love that the most. We have a back door that leads right into the kitchen from the parking spot. The same back door provides a shortcut into the bath and saves on sandy feet issues. The full-size laundry is right inside that same bath, so it makes things easier here. It also has the best, wide parking spot ever!
