Just perfect

We loved the house. Everything was comfortable, the location couldn't be beat. Parking was a process, but I was very careful, took it slow, and had no problems.

Lovely place!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal: ocean on one side, bay on the other. Very comfortable place. Even though it is a Main Street, traffic noise was not a problem. Marcey is great to work with

Lovely cozy cottage in Mission Beach

We enjoyed our 2 week vacation here and enjoyed every minute. Plenty of great places to visit and the beach is just a block away. Love it so much!

Communication with Marcy was excellent! We had 2 minor issues that were addressed immediately.Condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, furnishings very nice and comfortable. If you want to walk along the beach or bay areas you're right there.We enjoyed visiting the fabulous zoo and a few of the museums at Balboa Park along with Seaport Village and Birch aquarium. Heads up--1/2 of the aquarium is closed for renovations. Great San Diego stay!

Pre holiday getaway

Perfect family cottage to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. Great venue for a family dinner; beach just across the street. Parking space kind of tight for a minivan, but it is the beach after all!

Great House, Parking Spot Not for a Large Vehicle

We enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic. The only information we want others to know is you can't fit an SUV or large vehicle in the parking spaces (well maybe if you're excellent at parking).Don't let the parking deter you! You can walk to food (grocery and restaurants), playgrounds, the beach, the bay, theme park, and activity rentals within minutes.Great spot with a great owner :)

Fabulous location, lodging and communication!!

Three of us celebrated a milestone birthday in this lovely property and loved its amenities, its location, and how responsive the owner was throughout the process. We hope to be able to return to this wonderful property just steps from the Mission Beach Boulevard!

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and down the sidewalk to the bay. Lots of good restaurants and easy Uber access in this area! Visited the USS Midway ship and learned a lot ! Didn’t enjoy much about the Gaslamp district. Mission beach definitely our favorite and the Bocelli comcert at Pechanga arena was incredible !

Weekend trip

Just a short getaway to the cooler weather for a couple days. We all had a wonderful time and saw one of the Pandas at the San Diego Zoo! Good pizza from Luigi’s, good seafood at World Famous, and good Italian at Enoteca Adriana. We would recommend this property for a small group or a couple

Wonderful Stay!!!

We were a group of 4. 3 ladies of 60 and 1 guy of 30 (son) The accommodations were perfect for our group. With the 2 bathrooms my son had his own privacy! The location is perfect. Easy to get to and close to everything you need!! The public walkway to the beach is directly across the street. If I ever have the chance to be back in the area, I would not hesitate to use again. The owner was so wonderful to communicate with. Thank You!!

Communication with the property owner was fantastic throughout Property is very close to Mission Bay and Mission Beach. 5 minute walk. Various restaurants within walking distance as well. Property was very clean and comfortable. Great neighborhood. Had a great time!

Very cute, comfortable home in an amazing location

The house is very comfortable — beds and linens were great; kitchen is fully stocked and communication with Marcy (the owner) was easy! The location can’t be beat — just across the main road from the wide expanse of Mission Beach and steps from the calm waters of the Bay. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great location!

Can’t beat the location, access to bay on one side, beach on another. Close access to lots of fun shops, cafes and attractions. Loved walking to the bay each night to glimpse the Sea World firework show. Wonderful spot for a memorable family vacation.
