The condo was great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils, etc. Beds and pillows were all comfy and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had rented a full sized sedan which barely fit in our appointed parking spot, especially when an SUV parked across the alley from our parking stall. I think this drawback is important to know before booking this condo. A full sized SUV would never have fit, and street parking is almost always full.

Very nice 2 bdrm, 2 bath unit with a terrific location. The condo is well outfitted and includes two parking spaces. The owner does an excellent job of contacting you and assuring that everything goes according to plan.

Great Stay in Mission Beach!

We just wrapped up our second stay at this property, and we couldn’t be happier. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach and close to everything Mission Beach has to offer. The house itself is well maintained, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.The owner is very responsive and helpful, which we really appreciate. Parking is tight (our mid-sized SUV used every inch of the spot!), but that’s pretty typical for the area. The master bed was a bit firm for my achey back, and the cooking pans could use an upgrade, but those were minor things that didn’t take away from a great experience overall.We would happily stay here again — and already have! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a beach getaway in San Diego.

We loved the house. Everything was comfortable, the location couldn't be beat. Parking was a process, but I was very careful, took it slow, and had no problems.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is ideal: ocean on one side, bay on the other. Very comfortable place. Even though it is a Main Street, traffic noise was not a problem. Marcey is great to work with

Lovely cozy cottage in Mission Beach

We enjoyed our 2 week vacation here and enjoyed every minute. Plenty of great places to visit and the beach is just a block away. Love it so much!

Communication with Marcy was excellent! We had 2 minor issues that were addressed immediately.Condo was immaculate, beds were comfortable, furnishings very nice and comfortable. If you want to walk along the beach or bay areas you're right there.We enjoyed visiting the fabulous zoo and a few of the museums at Balboa Park along with Seaport Village and Birch aquarium. Heads up--1/2 of the aquarium is closed for renovations. Great San Diego stay!

Pre holiday getaway

Perfect family cottage to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday. Great venue for a family dinner; beach just across the street. Parking space kind of tight for a minivan, but it is the beach after all!

Great House, Parking Spot Not for a Large Vehicle

We enjoyed our stay and the location is fantastic. The only information we want others to know is you can't fit an SUV or large vehicle in the parking spaces (well maybe if you're excellent at parking).Don't let the parking deter you! You can walk to food (grocery and restaurants), playgrounds, the beach, the bay, theme park, and activity rentals within minutes.Great spot with a great owner :)

Fabulous location, lodging and communication!!

Three of us celebrated a milestone birthday in this lovely property and loved its amenities, its location, and how responsive the owner was throughout the process. We hope to be able to return to this wonderful property just steps from the Mission Beach Boulevard!

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed walking across the street to the beach and down the sidewalk to the bay. Lots of good restaurants and easy Uber access in this area! Visited the USS Midway ship and learned a lot ! Didn’t enjoy much about the Gaslamp district. Mission beach definitely our favorite and the Bocelli comcert at Pechanga arena was incredible !
