Located in El Cotillo, the vacation home "Vistas Paraíso" offers guests a fantastic view of the Atlantic. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. A sofa bed is available; alternatively, the host can provide a folding bed if needed. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

The accommodation offers a private outdoor area with an open terrace and a barbecue. Additionally, guests have access to a shared outdoor space with a fenced pool and a children's pool (both unavailable until the end of June due to technical issues).

Free parking is available on the street.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Air conditioning is not available.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

Marfolin

The apartment is in a lovely complex, however, the pool not available throughout our stay as it was being refurbished with the sound of drilling throughout the day time. We had not been made aware of this and would not have booked the apartment had we known. The owner was not in anyway accomodating towards making good by way of some compensation. Even a small amount would have shown some kindness. The apartment is in need of some care, there was a very strong damp smell throughout and we could not leave windows open as the traffic was too noisy. Towels provided were few and threadbare. I have stayed in the Marfolin apartments 4 times, this one comes last. I love El Cotillo but was most disappointed with the way we were treated by the owner.
