The charming Villa Mario is located in Povlja on the island of Brač. This typical Dalmatian settlement is an ideal choice for anyone who wants to take a breather from the busy everyday life, enjoying the quiet and relaxing summer atmosphere in the company of family and friends.
The lovely stone villa will delight you both with its exterior and interior. Special attention was paid to detail greatly contributing the specific charm of the house. With a living space of 90m2, the villa features 3 bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed whereas the other two have 2 separate single beds which can be brought together if necessary. All bedrooms are also equipped with a SAT TV. The guests of the villa have 2 bathrooms with shower enclosures at their disposal. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and cosy living room complete the interior offer of the villa Mario. The spacious terrace with a comfortable outdoor seating area and sun loungers offers a beautiful view of the sea. A separate smaller house has another bedroom equipped with two single beds, a small kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a SAT TV which makes the villa Mario ideal for 6 + 2 guests. Free Wi-Fi signal is available throughout the property.
The 6000 m2 large plot features a lovely private swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim in the privacy ensured by the fully fenced property. You can also prepare fresh meals on the lovely outdoor barbecue. The property offers 4 private parking spaces.
