Our cozy, bright vacation rental is located on the first floor and has a separate entrance. It features an open-concept kitchen/living area with a sleeper sofa, a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed. The terrace is wheelchair-accessible and invites you to relax and unwind.
One parking space is available free of charge. 


Located in the heart of the beautiful Vulkaneifel, it is an ideal starting point for walks, long hikes, or bike rides along the Maare-Mosel Bike Trail. Perfectly situated for hikers, cyclists, and mountain bikers.
The “Eyes of the Eifel”—the Holzmaar, Pulvermaar, Schalkenmehrener Maar, Weinfelder Maar, and Gemündener Maar—are all within a radius of about 10 km and are perfect for walking, swimming, or boating.

Hiking trails such as the Eifelsteig, Lieserpfad, and Heimatspuren are within easy reach.
Day trips to Germany’s oldest city, Trier, or to the Moselle River; to Koblenz and the “Dreiländereck” (Three-Country Corner); or to the Nürburgring can be reached by car in one to two hours.
The Mehren/Vulkaneifel and Manderscheid highway exits are only about 12 km away.
The Wittlich/Wengerohr train station is about 35 km away; from there, you can take one of many trains to the Saar Loop, the Moselle, or Cologne.
You’ll find shopping options in Gillenfeld (about 5 km) or in Daun (about 10 km). Please note that there are no shops or restaurants in the village itself. 
Upon request and for a fee, we can therefore stock the refrigerator for you before your arrival.
If needed, a second small apartment for 1–2 people is available in the village and can be arranged. If you’re interested, please inquire in advance by email or phone.

A parking space is available free of charge. 



On-site costs: Wi-Fi, parking space available, terrace. The guest fee (formerly “Kurtaxe”) for the Daun municipal association, amounting to 2.10 EUR per night for guests aged 18 and older, is already included in the total price. You will receive your guest card, along with the associated services and benefits, digitally or directly at the accommodation upon arrival.



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
