You live in a comfortable apartment just around the corner from the main shopping street of Koksijde and close to the quiet sandy beach, you walk there. The apartment with bright colors and stylish look has been carefully furnished to a high standard by the owner and leaves nothing to be desired.



In the immediate vicinity there is much to do for the whole family. For a day trip with your children you can visit the theme park Plopsaland De Panne. A visit to the historic towns of Veurne and Diksmuide is also worthwhile. The fabulous city of Ypres impresses with sights like the Gewandhaus, the Menenpoort, the fish market and the In Flanders Fields Museum. This vacation home is located near the border with France, where you can visit the famous seaside resort of Bray-Dunes, the fortified town of Gravelines and the authentic center of Bergues.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in Strandnähe, mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung. Parken ging auch in der Nähe der Wohnung kostengünstig (35/Woche lila Zone). Es wird sehr auf saubere Umgebung geachtet (viele Behälter für Müll den Strand entlang und in Sammelplätze für Müll /Container zum trennen in mehreren Straßen), an die sich (fast) alle Leute gehalten haben (0,50 für Restmüll fanden wir ok). Toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider konnte man telefonisch niemanden erreichen und über WhatsApp wurde auch nicht geantwortet. Deutsche Fernsehsender gab es auch nicht.Also kurzum der Urlaub war schön mit kleinen Mängeln wegen der fehlenden Kommunikation.

kein kostenloser Parkplatz vorhanden!!!

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Allerdings war die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer/Vermittler nicht gut. Am schlimmsten fanden wir es allerdings, dass in der Beschreibung "Kostenloser Parkplatz" angegeben wurde. Davon war weit und breit nichts zu sehen. Wir hatten schon Schwierigkeiten, einen kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz in der Nähe (500 m) zu finden. Es gehört kein Parkplatz zur Wohnung dazu und schon gar kein kostenloser. Zusatzkosten von über 70 EUR, die wir nur für den Parkplatz ausgeben mussten.

LAMENTABLE

LAMENTABLE - A notre arrivée, nous avons trouvé un appartement non nettoyé : poils de chien partout et en très grande quantité (alors que l'annonce précise que les animaux sont interdits), des insectes morts, WC avec résidus de pipis et poils, sanitaires avec beaucoup de calcaire et douche avec cheveux, poussières incrustées sur tous les bibelots, plan de travail et taques de cuisson sale, LV non débarrassé, 3 paires de chaussures restées dans un placard (preuve que personne n'a fait de check out), un torchon troué comme seul accessoire de ménage (pas de liquide vaisselle ni de pastille pour LV), un seul rouleau de papier toilette entamé, la hauteur entre les lits superposés est selon nous "insalubre", les draps sont fournis mais à nous de faire les lits (pas de draps de propreté). Nous avons contacté Property Invest, Novasol et Abritel dès notre arrivée pour trouver une solution. La maman de la propriétaire a fini par venir après 2h15 d'attente pour constater que l'ampleur des saletés était trop importante pour être nettoyée d'ici le soir et ainsi nous permettre de nous installer. Étant donné que personne n'a pu nous trouver une solution et ce malgré une quinzaine d'appels à tous ces services pendant près de 4 heures, nous avons dû quitter le bien. Nous attendons encore à ce jour le remboursement intégral d'Abritel ou de Novasol

Keine Informationen, kein WLAN, kein TV, Heizung nur begrenzt vorhanden!

An sich handelt es sich um ein schönes Appartement- aber leider lagen keinerlei Informationen bereit. Weder wurde darüber informiert, wie der elektrisch betriebene Gaskamin im Wohnzimmer einzuschalten war, noch gab es Informationen darüber, wie man sich in ein WLAN Netz hätte einwählen können. Die beiden Fernseher funktionierten den gesamten Aufenthalt hinweg nicht. Auf Nachfrage bezüglich der Heizung wurde nach zwei Tagen reagiert. Auf Nachfragen bezüglich des WLANs und des TVs den gesamten Urlaub hinweg nicht. Also kein Internet, kein TV und Wärme (außerhalb des Bades) nur auf Nachfrage und nur im Wohnzimmer.
