Beautiful, comfortable apartment block "Beachfront Apartment Las Burras MRA". In the centre of Las Burras, in a quiet, sunny position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach. For shared use: garden. In the house: air conditioning. Bus stop "Beverly Park" 900 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
