Spanning 70 square meters on one level, the unit features two bedrooms and a spacious living and dining area with a fireplace and access to the terrace with an ocean view. The wood-burning stove ensures cozy evenings with friends and family. The modern kitchen, which opens onto the dining area, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, stove, and microwave. The first bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), and the second has two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm). The bathroom features a sauna, a washing machine, and a bathtub. The convenience of having a private sauna is highly appreciated by our winter guests. <br>Heating is provided by electric heaters and the fireplace.<br>The colorful houses from the land of Pippi Longstocking spread good cheer and create a wonderful vacation atmosphere. The distinctive vacation homes and apartments are spread out between the coast and Hansa-Park and offer ideal conditions for a relaxing vacation in every season—from family vacations in the summer to a cozy getaway by the fireplace during the cooler months.<br><br>The Baltic Sea beach is within walking distance and can be reached without crossing any public roads. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. For guests with dogs, a separate dog beach is available a short distance from the main beach. The promenade and the adjacent path along the Sierksdorf cliffs are perfect for long walks. Guests can also access Hansa-Park directly from the beach park via a private entrance connected by a bridge—a real highlight, especially for families.<br><br>The accommodations are modern and comfortably furnished and, depending on the type of house, feature amenities such as a fireplace or pellet stove and a private terrace or balcony. Barbecues are permitted exclusively on the lawn. Each accommodation includes a parking space. All vacation rentals are non-smoking.<br><br>A security deposit is required for stays at Strandpark. This deposit also serves as an advance payment for electricity costs, which are billed individually based on actual consumption. For electric vehicles, there are four EV charging stations in the public area with a total of eight charging points and a charging capacity of up to 22 kW.
