Schöne Unterkunft für Familientreffen

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Haus für Familientreffen. Wenn man mit dem Durchgangszimmer zurecht kommt. Große Küche mit genügend Platz für alle. Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

ACHTUNG Schimmelbude mit Bauschrott im Garten!!!

Leider gibt es keine Minuspunkte, ansonsten würden wir diese noch lieber vergeben. Wenn man das Haus betritt denkt man „nicht wie erwartet, aber gerade ok“. Ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett ist nämlich ein Durchgangszimmer zu zwei anderen. Privatsphäre also nicht da. Bei genauem Hinschauen findet man Schimmel im Wohnzimmer. Die Tür zur Terrasse kann man nicht öffnen, angeblich witterungsbedingt. Schaut man auf die „Terrasse“ steht diese voll mit Bauschrott, scharfen Gegenständen, leeren Maleimern, Eletrogeräten usw. Im Garten geht es gleich weiter mit Bretterhaufen. Der Zaun ist auch löchrig und als Umzäunung für Hunde alles andere als geeignet. Von der ersten Etage kommt man über eine Treppe in den Garten. Das Geländer hier ist morsch und somit ein Risiko vor allem für kleine Gäste. Egal für welche Altersgruppe ist dieses Haus also eine Katastrophe und vor allem gesundheitsgefährdend. Dazu kommt, dass die Vermieterin über ihr bekannte Handynummern der Mieter NICHT erreichbar ist und nach kurzem erreichen über eine ihr unbekannte Handynummer das Handy ausschaltet und keine Hilfe anbietet bzw auch völlig uneinsichtig über die Zustände in IHREM Objekt ist. Laut Dermatologie vor Ort sind der Vermieterin diese Mängel bekannt und werden dennoch nicht behoben.!!! Hier geht es um Geldmacherei mit einer Gammelbude!!! Also Finger weg und NICHT buchen. Wir haben mit fewo-direct Kontakt aufgenommen und sind am Anreisetag wieder ausgezogen!
