Take it easy on your vacation days and grab your beach bag after breakfast and stroll to the nearby, family-friendly sandy beach, which you can discover from the 1st floor of the house. The shallow water invites you to splash around, while the bathing jetty is ideal for sunbathing and swimming in the deeper water. You can also cast your line here in the early hours of the morning or in the evening and, with luck and skill, reel in freshly caught fish for your meals. Not far from Diernæs Strand is Lake Sliv, with a rich world of fish and birds.
