The vacation home, with its 7 apartments, is situated in a quiet location, just a stone’s throw from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach. The nearest beach access point (No. 7) is just 100 m away; the town’s numerous art galleries, restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, as well as the Bodden meadows and the west beach, are all within walking or biking distance.
Enjoy the warm, cozy atmosphere of this house, furnished in a classic country house style and featuring wooden furniture, antiques, terracotta floors, and old paintings.
Apartment 2 is located on the first floor and features a sunny garden terrace with a view of the dunes and plenty of space to relax, play, or sunbathe. It is equipped with a small corner kitchen, a large refrigerator, an oven, a dishwasher, and two burners. The living area features a small dining table, a sofa, two armchairs, and a small writing desk. The apartment has a shower and a bedroom with a double bed—there’s also room for a crib here.
A washing machine and dryer are available for use in the shared laundry room; bicycles can be stored in the lockable shared bike garage, which includes an e-bike charging station. Each apartment comes with 1 free parking space at the building! An electric grill is available; barbecuing with charcoal or gas is not permitted for fire safety reasons.
