This property was one of the very best my family has ever stayed at. The location for walking to the Bills game was perfect! The pictures on site are accurate and the interior design of the home with the Bills theme was exceptional. The coffee bar and wine fridge was amazing. The meticulous landscaped property has so many places to enjoy outside including the fire pit area, lawn snd garden area, outside garage seating area and the upstairs outside balcony perfect for morning coffee. The party barn is an extraordinary fun place for families and friends to gather and enjoy that priceless family time together. This property was Very clean and welcoming! The host responded promptly with every question. I hope to return to this beautiful property again. What a gem!!!

This place is great! Anyone staying here to go to a game at to the new stadium will be thrilled with the location (took us 12 minutes to walk with a kid), and the fact that despite being so close, it is set back from the street and really quiet and private even during game day traffic. Easy run to the new trail too. We didn’t actually book this house because of the stadium, though. It was just a bonus that my family had tickets. We booked it because of all the space and the great location (easy drive to the fairgrounds, downtown, the waterfront, local Wegmans and Target, Hamburg and Orchard Park villages). There is so much space for a group to spread out! The kids loved the basement and the games in the barn. The adults loved having space separate from the kids. Everyone slept well!I used to be a super host and that made me very picky about where I stay. This place hit all the marks. It was impeccably clean, super easy, even better than the listing pics, and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again while visiting family locally.

This was a great house. There was great privacy, very clean, had great internet. We were a small party so we did not take advantage of the various outdoor activities that this house offers.

Why they chose this property

The biggest reason was being so close to the stadium and being able to hear Bills practices and walk to games. We have come to really appreciate Orchard Park though—not just for the Bills, but for everything else it has to offer. There are more great restaurants, breweries, shops, and local attractions every year, making it a great place to visit even when it's not football season. This location is very centrally located.

The property offers a peaceful, private setting where you can relax after a busy day, while still being close to all the action. During training camp and at times throughout the season, you may even hear the Bills practicing from the backyard—a fun reminder that you're right in the heart of Bills country.
