The vacation home "Finca Acequia" in Tinajo is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Atlantic. The 150 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, a washing machine as well as children's books and toys. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.

The property offers a private outdoor area with a pool, 5 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

The property is located 10 km from the Monumento al Campesino, 11 km from the Montañas del Fuego range and 24 km from Lanzarote Airport.

A parking space is available on the property.

Families with children are welcome.

Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

Air conditioning is not available.

Beach/pool towels are provided.

Fantastic property

Pros: The Villa was absolutely superb. It was huge and spotlessly clean. The pool, although not heated was enjoyable. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The location is fantastic with a beautiful view of the sea. If you’re looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful then this is the place for you Cons: Nothing it was all fantastic

House with everything with stunning view

Pros: Very friendly and helpful host. Sea view and pool area were lovely. Also nice restaurants in close range. Very central on the island, great to explore from. Very serene place. Cons: The pool was freezing cold. I would advice to invest in a pool cover to keep the warmth inside the water. It is a pity you now can only swim in longer periods of hot temperatures

Very spacious house with a great view in very peaceful location

Pros: I am very satisfied with the stay in that house . The house is very big with lots of sofas , terraces, everything very clean and cosy . The view from the house is amazing. There are no houses directly by the house, no traffic, but still some local shops in the walking distance. The peace and quiet is a huge advantage. The owner - Montse is very nice and very responsible to all the questions. The kitchen is very well equipment with whatever you need. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again in that house and will recommend it to my friends. Just small remark - at the beginning of January - mornings/evenings might be a bit chilly , but lots of blankets are provided :) Also at that time the swimming pool was too cold to swim - at least for us , but still it was not a problem . It is also good starting point for many trips - we were sightseeing a lot . It is very helpful to have a car. Cons: -

Ruhige Lage. Ideal zum Entspannen

Pros: Sehr schöne Einrichtung, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Sehr geräumig, herrlicher Ausblick, netter privater Poolbereich. Cons: Pool ist leider nicht beheizt. Im September ist er aber mit einer Wassertemperatur von 19 - 20 Grad noch gut zu nutzen.

The location of the house is super, being in the center of the island and providing lots of privacy. The house is big and well-refurbished. The swimming pool is brilliant: protected by surrounding walls and very private. The communication with the owner is also excellent. The house needs extra heating though when sunset, wind or rainy days!
