Umag, district Valica. The studio is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early May to late September, 3 m x 7 m, 1.4 m deep).

In summer: Kanegra beach 2.2 km in Kanegra (beach 2.2 km in Kanegra with lawn, shingle, stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Golf in Crveni Vrh 3 km. Kanegra: fishing 2.2 km and dog beach, tennis, mini-golf, diving each 2.5 km.

Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and bidet.
