Casa Adele is a charming renovated house in the quiet settlement of Diminii, just 2 km from the peaceful beach at Autocamp Tunarica and 4 km from the nearest shop, café and restaurant in Trget. On a lush, fully fenced plot, Casa Adele invites you to relax on its covered terrace with comfortable seating, a barbecue and four sun loungers. Two covered car parking spaces provide additional comfort. The ground floor has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining area. Upstairs, the two double bedrooms are air-conditioned and ensure a good night's sleep. The vibrant town of Labin is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a rich history, charming old town streets and a lively art scene perfect for a day of exploration. Please note that this property accepts youth groups on request. Please contact us to verify this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Schönes Ferienhaus in absolut ruhiger Lage. Daher jedoch weite Wege zum Einkauf (12km), Baden auch nur mit Auto Anfahrt. Wetter in Istrien ab ca. 2. Septemberwoche kühler, kein Badeurlaub mehr und auch sehr wenig Betrieb..Achtung Flaschenpfand: teils Rückgabe nur mit Bon aus demselben Laden und am Samstag (Abreise Tag) im Plodine gar nicht möglich!

Das Objekt entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung, die Bilder sollten aktualisiert werden, es hat sich einiges verändert ( neues tolles Bad, gepflasterte Einfahrt, sehr großer neuer Fernseher, neue Couch). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und freundlich, hilfsbereit und - einfach toll. Die Ruhe ist himmlisch, ein Ort zum rundherum wohlfühlen. Das Meer glasklar und schnell erreichbar. Ein durch und durch gelungener Urlaub bei fantastischen Menschen in einem wunderschönen Land!!

Hier hat alles gestimmt, netter Empfang/Verabschiedung, tolles Haus, schöne & ruhige Lage. Im Haus war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Bad war (anders als auf den Bildern) frisch renoviert. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen gern wieder. Für uns ein perfekter Urlaub!

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit sehr netten Vermietern, die einen herzlich willkommen heißen und Verabschieden. Sehr sauber, alles da was man braucht und sogar mehr. Etwas abgelegen und weg vom Schuss, daher sehr ruhig und herrlich zum entspannen. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zwar nur mit dem Auto erreichbar, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir es im Vorfeld wussten. Rundherum ein wundervoller Ort um seinen Urlaub zu genießen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön noch mal an unsere lieben Vermieter.
