Two covered car parking spaces provide additional comfort. The ground floor has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a sofa bed, satellite TV, air conditioning and a dining area. Upstairs, the two double bedrooms are air-conditioned and ensure a good night's sleep. The vibrant town of Labin is just a 10-minute drive away and offers a rich history, charming old town streets and a lively art scene perfect for a day of exploration. Please note that this property accepts youth groups on request. Please contact us to verify this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property caused by you will be deducted from the deposit.
