* The road to the cabin includes several steep sections. During normal conditions, most vehicles can access the property. Four-wheel drive is recommended during snow or icy weather.
* A short section of the road narrows to one lane.
* The cabin is treated regularly for pests, but insects and wildlife are common in the Smoky Mountains.
* The cabin offers seasonal mountain views and is not advertised as a dedicated mountain-view property.
*Wildlife Notice: Black bears and other wildlife are occasionally spotted in the area. For your safety, please enjoy wildlife from a safe distance and never approach or feed them. To help prevent bears from visiting, please do not leave food or food-scented items in your vehicle.
