The charming Villa Salt and Sand is the perfect choice if you are looking for a villa close to the sea. The villa consists of 3 apartments in one house. The property is rented as one unit. One apartment is a studio apartment with a sofa bed for 2 and a single bed. Apartment 2 consists of 2 bedrooms - one with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Apartment 3 consists of 2 bedrooms - each with double beds. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people. The private pool in the green garden is also for the exclusive use of just one group of guests. Here you can relax and enjoy the sun or prepare delicious meals for your friends or family on a charcoal barbecue. Since the beaches are within walking distance from the villa and a beautiful sea view of the bay is available from the villa, Villa Salt and Sand offers everything for a pleasant vacation for a maximum of 8+4 guests.

Villa Salt and Sand is located in a small village on the island of Krk.

The grocery stores, bakery and restaurants are within a short walking distance. The island of Krk is the northernmost island in Croatia. It is located in the Kvarner Bay and is recognized as one of the most organized and attractive destinations on the Adriatic. Good connections with the interior, good tourist structures, various coastlines full of small bays overlooking the crystal clear sea and beautiful nature, a variety of possibilities for fun and relaxation are the reason why Krk is one of the most interesting tourist destinations. Krk is a special island, a world in itself, unique in peace and purity, which is easy to reach because of its connection with the mainland via the Krk bridge and has its own airport, about 30 km from Rijeka.

Ein sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus in toller Lage mit wunderschöner Aussticht auf das Meer und den Hafen von Punat. Igor, der Eigentümer der Villa hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen, uns alles erklärt. und uns gut betreut. Wie beim Ankommen angekündigt hat sich Igor täglich in den frühen Morgenstunden um die Wartung vom Pool gekümmert. Besonders die Küche im Außenbereich hat uns gut gefallen und war während unserer Urlaubszeit mit 3 Generationen das Zentrum gemeinsamer Begegnungen und der Pool wurde täglich sehr gerne genutzt. Wir haben die Insel Krk ausgiebig erkundet, viele Ausflüge gemacht und wunderschöne Erlebnisse gehabt. Vielen Dank an Igor😃
