A villa with a very specific history is located in central Istria. Today, it serves as spacious holiday accommodation for a group of up to 22 people. You can recognise some well-preserved details of the former school building from the forecourt. Nevertheless, you will also discover a touch of modernity in the interior. The cosy living room and kitchen are equipped to the latest standards. In addition to the kitchen, living room and dining room, there are also 2 bedrooms on the ground floor which share a bathroom - particularly suitable for a family of 4. On the way to the upper floor, you can recognise the influence of the old school when you see the classic staircase with its impressive banister. Once at the top, you will see the stunning hallway with a series of arched windows. From there you enter the remaining 7 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and overlooking the rear garden, where the villa's private pool awaits you. Right next to the pool, you can make yourself comfortable under the garden's wooden-roofed barbecue area and use the classic stone barbecue - the perfect area for relaxing, eating and simply enjoying your holiday in central Istria. Istria as such is a feast for the eyes. The streams in Istria flow through deep valleys and gorges into the Adriatic Sea, reminiscent of giants from ancient local myths. The hilly landscape with small towns on their peaks above the fields and valleys is reminiscent of old paintings. This old stone house is located in a small Istrian village Jakovici. It is quiet and relaxing, but the lively tourist centres of Pore and Rovinj and beaches are only a short drive away. The village is 3 minutes away from Badern and Tinjan. There are all amenities as well as the motorway to the airports of Pula and Trieste (Ryanair, flyglobespan, thomson, Norwegian Air Shuttle, TUIfly, German Wings, Sterling, Wizzair and many Russian charter flights). The tourist hotspot of Pore is 15 minutes away. Rovinj and Pula and other highlights are only a short drive away. The nearest beaches for relaxing are only 15 minutes away from the villa.
