Historic Springdale Mill Farmhouse with Spa House

Come and enjoy a taste of Winchester's history. Stay at one of the original settlement homes in Frederick County. Built around 1731 this classic farmhouse has been modified and added onto throughout several hundred years. This house has all the modern amenities needed to have a getaway and still be able to work. 4 bedrooms with 2 full baths and one 1/2 bath. Enjoy the serene sounds of the Opequon Creek.

The property has 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full, and 2 Twin trundle beds, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 1/2 bath. All bedrooms are located upstairs, and one full bath is downstairs.

SPA HOUSE is available for access that includes a 6 person hot tub and 2-person sauna. Upstairs there is a relaxing/changing area.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Start a load of sheets or towels in the washing machine. Please do not fill the washer more than ¾ of the way full.
Please throw all trash in trash bags provided in the trash bins at the back of the house located near the black mailboxes.
If you bring pets, please do not have them on the furniture or bedding. Please clean up any major pet hair left behind. Please leave the house in the way you checked in.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
