Beautiful, newer, well planned cottage. Really at the top of a mountain with 20 minute drive up and down.

We were especially happy to host your extra guest at no charge, we hope that added to your experience. We work hard to receive our 5 star reviews....maybe next time we need to throw in a marching band or interpretive dance routine at check‑in :) We love our mountain location. What a great place to stay! Looks identical to the listing. Hosts are absolutely amazing and their communication before and during is perfect. We had 4 adults and that was perfect for the size cabin. Hot tub is the cleanest I’ve seen at a VRBO and very private. Plenty of pots and pans and dishes and a coffee maker. Winery that is 10 minutes away is amazing. Really nothing bad to say about this place. We will be staying there again!Suggestions- Bring your own pantry stuff like oils, spices, and coffee as well as extra paper towels and toilet paper if staying for more than 2 days. Also highly recommend you arrive during the daylight. Even though the host gives amazing directions, the roads are still very narrow and at night you feel like you are pulling into people’s driveways rather than roads. But arriving in the daylight makes it completely different.

The house was very clean and cozy and a nice home base for visiting the local wineries. We visited during a very cold weekend after a snow storm and Rachelle and Don did a great job preparing the property for us and giving us a heads up about the road conditions in advance. It’s a lovely property with lots of privacy and beautiful scenery.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Beavers Hill! The hot tub was great and the place was immaculately clean. The hosts were very responsive to communications and provided lots of information about the property and things to do in the area. Would definitely return!

This was our second stay at Beavers Hill. We love the location and how quiet and relaxing Blue Mountain is. The cabin is well-appointed and very comfortable. The fireplace is perfect, and it is the perfect place to kick back and relax.

It was a nice relaxing get away with all of the essentials needed. The privacy and quiet was a major plus given that we’re from the city. The hot tub was a major selling point and a nice way to wind down after our adventures during the day.

The comfort of the cabin was great! Everything was clean and in working order. Well stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils. A couple more dish towels and some hand soap would have been nice. Overall a great mountain retreat!!

Mountain retreat

This was a wonderful house to stay in for a long weekend. All the appliances and kitchen items are quality. The bedrooms are spacious and the hot tub was amazing after days of hiking. Also the Roku TV was very easy to log on to. We will definitely plan to visit there again.

Perfect getaway

Beavers Hill cottage was the perfect spot to escape to the woods with dogs and friends. The house was immaculate, well appointed (though, not fussy), and the hosts were very accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time at Beavers Hill Cottage! Rachelle and Don made it super easy to get all the info we needed and were super responsive. We brought our dog, Riley, who loved the outdoor spaces (no fence so we used a long lead). The hot tub was a huge plus and easy to use. The deck was enjoyable, the perfect to watch the sunset and have dinner.
