Walk the lagoon trails, spend the day swimming and building sandcastles at the beach, play a round of golf, explore LEGOLAND California, browse Carlsbad Village shops, or grab a meal at a nearby coastal restaurant before returning to this spacious home to unwind.



The Space:

The main living area features a sectional, smart TV, and decorative fireplace, with a dining table for six positioned in the same open space. The kitchen sits nearby with a large island offering seating for five, a breakfast table for four, a wine fridge, stainless steel appliances, and an oversized stove and oven. Across from the kitchen, an additional oversized couch provides another place to stretch out and gather.



Continue upstairs to the loft, where a dedicated office with built-in cabinets and a sofa opens onto a private balcony. A separate game room/playroom gives younger guests their own space, complete with kid-sized chairs and table and a selection of toys. Outside, the stunning patio extends the living space into the fresh coastal air, while provided beach essentials make it easy to head out for a day by the water.



This home comfortably sleeps 7 guests between 3 private bedrooms and a full-size sleeper sofa in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed.



Bedroom #3 includes a set of twin-over-queen size bunk beds.



This home also includes a half bathroom and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.
