This bungalow-style flat with a furnished roof terrace and 2 spacious bedrooms has been refurbished in grand style. A modern, lovingly accentuated design awaits you, which immediately creates an extraordinary lightness and warm atmosphere.


As soon as you reach the complex and your flat, you have finally arrived on holiday. You park directly in front of the bungalow. Here you will find spacious gardens, 8 pools, a restaurant, a café, fitness, spa, beauty and wellness treatments, as well as outdoor sports activities such as tennis, paddle tennis, hiking, biking, beach and of course golf at the highest level.

You enter the bungalow itself via the signposted Infinity D4/Italian Garden entrance, along a flower-lined path. In front of the bungalow entrance itself, you will find a huge citrus tree and a bench to relax in the morning sun, where you can enjoy your delicious cup of freshly made coffee, for example.

When you enter the bungalow, you will find yourself in the spacious and light-flooded living room with an integrated, open-plan kitchen. This large room will now be your new home for your stay. Here you will find a comfortable large seating area consisting of a cosy sofa with a sliding cube.

If you want to watch TV, you can use the Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube.

The walls are white, the ceilings are high and the view from the window shows you the beauty of flowers, palm trees, the sky and the sea. The terrace with awning in front of the living room invites you to enjoy a coffee or tea with a view of the sea and you can breathe freely and joyfully. Sit at the Mediterranean table or lie down on the large, cosy daybed on the terrace.

You can prepare the most delicious meals in the kitchen at any time. You have access to a generously equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, mixer, oven, hob, fridge and freezer. There are also plenty of pots, pans and crockery available for you to prepare your own meals. Perhaps you also like to go to the many traditional and trendy restaurants, bars and cafés. Just as you like. Everything is possible here.

The two bedrooms are very spacious. In the 1st bedroom you even have an en suite bathroom with shower, toilet and a spacious washbasin. You can easily and conveniently organise your clothes in the large built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, which has a full-length mirror. The special thing about this 1st bedroom is that you can wake up to a direct view of the sea from the comfortable 1.80 metre wide box-spring bed. Indulge yourself with a Nespresso coffee speciality and think and reminisce about your day by the sea or on the golf course. You can also step directly out of the 1st bedroom onto the terrace. The large sliding windows with additional fly screens flood you and the bungalow with the Cyprus sun.
But you will also sleep wonderfully in the 2nd bedroom. The box-spring bed here is 1.60 metres wide and is also equipped with a high-quality, thick mattress and cosy bedding.

The morning sun will lovingly wake you up in this room. This room also has a desk and chair for small tasks during your holiday. You will also find a built-in wardrobe with a large mirror front for a spacious and light feeling in this bedroom. The bathroom of this 2nd bedroom is in the hallway and is also tastefully and spaciously laid out. Here you will also find a toilet, washbasin and shower. In both bathrooms you can switch on the air conditioning in summer and the heating in winter for a pleasant start or end to the day.

The absolute highlight of this bungalow is the private roof terrace. You can reach it via a graceful glass and stone staircase from the living and dining area. From this terrace, you have the perfect view over the wonderful gardens and pools, as well as the mountains of the Five Finger Mountains and the breathtaking sea in front of you towards Turkey. On a clear day, you'll even be able to make out the silhouette of the mountains of Turkey less than 100 kilometres away. However you like to relax here, use the seating area with parasol for a chat with friends, the sun bed for a nap during the day or the outdoor kitchen and dining table for at least 8 people for a BBQ with friends. Or enjoy the view of the sunset with a glass of wine for two.

The next morning you have the choice. You can either be served breakfast in the TARO restaurant or enjoy your own creations on one of the private terraces. Fancy fitness and wellness or cosmetics?
