When in Florida, we enjoy long walks on Anna Maria Island beaches, strolling around historic bridge street and St. Armands Circle. Currently we own 2 properties in the greater Sarasota area and plan on buying several more one day. We enjoy being property managers and hosting new people.

Why they chose this property

Shorewalk is a resort-style community that has most amenities that a resort has. Very family-friendly place and safe for kids. The tropical birds/turtles and wildlife always around the ponds were an added plus. We bought here because we seemed right at home from the first time we visited.

What makes this property unique

Very hard to find a property like this that has several hot tubs and all the other amenities that this place has.
