The Space:

This stylish apartment is situated on the ground floor of a unique building. It measures 39 m² and comfortably accommodates two people. It comprises a living room, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. It is the perfect choice for a romantic getaway or a business trip to Poznań, and your stay here is sure to be unforgettable. The bright, elegant décor and full range of facilities will ensure our guests can relax and enjoy their stay. The living room has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind – it features two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed, as well as a TV and a coffee table with chairs. It is the perfect space for resting and spending time together. The living room also features a chest of drawers with plenty of storage space. The spacious kitchen is the perfect place to prepare meals, as it is fully equipped with kitchen utensils and other amenities. It includes a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a tea and coffee making set, and crockery and cutlery. The apartment’s multimedia facilities include a Smart TV and Wi-Fi internet access. This means our guests can fully enjoy their stay without having to miss out on watching their favourite films and TV series. The modern bathroom features a shower cubicle, a hairdryer, toiletries and towels for our guests. The apartment also has a washing machine, which is an added bonus for longer stays. We also provide fresh bed linen for our guests. A private parking space at the rear of the building is available and included in the booking price.

The flat is located on Rycerska Street in a well-connected area, ideal for a business trip or a leisure trip to Poznan. Tram and bus stops, located in the vicinity of the building, guarantee convenience and easy access to all important points on the city map. The most important venue in the area, the Poznań International Fair (MTP), is only an 8-minute drive or 15 minutes by public transport from the flat. It is a huge venue that hosts numerous events, exhibitions and parties throughout the year. Right next to the trade fair halls is the Poznan Central Railway Station with its bus station and the adjacent Avenida Shopping Centre. Here you can do all your shopping, as there is a wide range of shops and restaurants. For those interested in discovering the historic charms of Poznan, the Old Market Square, located 4 km from the flat, awaits. Here you can meet the famous Poznań goats, appearing daily on the tower of the historic Town Hall. In the vicinity of the flat you can also satisfy all your daily needs thanks to the extensive local infrastructure. Right next to the building you will find a restaurant, a café and a grocery shop (only 140 metres away). If our guests wish to take a moment's respite from the hustle and bustle of the city, they can visit the nearby Manitius Park and the beautiful Poznan Palm House (1.8 km) - a botanical institution presenting a variety of exotic plant species. The flat is also on a convenient route to Ławica Airport, which can be reached in 30 minutes by direct bus or in 10 minutes by car.
