This 3-room holiday apartment is part of the “Ferienpark – Sierksdorf” apartment complex and is located in a quiet spot on the outskirts of town—with no need to cross any streets—right on the beach, offering a southeast view of the sea. From the apartment, it’s just a one-minute walk to the beach, the beach bar, and your private parking space in the underground garage. A pure Baltic Sea holiday!

The high-quality, well-appointed apartment, at approximately 62 m², offers plenty of space for up to four people. The spacious living room, featuring a built-in kitchen with a kitchen island, dishwasher, oven, and stove, is perfect for relaxed evenings cooking and convivial breakfasts.

Both bedrooms (approx. 12 m² and 11 m²) have a double bed with a full-length mattress (each 180 cm x 200 cm); one of the rooms even offers a sea view from the window. Wake up to a view of the Baltic Sea—what a way to start the day!

The tastefully decorated bathroom features a walk-in shower, an illuminated mirror, and a heated towel rack.

From the raised dining table, you can enjoy the view of the beach and the sea while sipping your first cup of coffee in the morning.

On rainy days, the Smart TV with Wi-Fi helps pass the time—with 200 channels offering a wide variety of programming to choose from.

Please bring your own bed linens and towels, or they can be rented for a fee during your stay.

Please understand that pets are not allowed in this holiday rental. The holiday rental is a non-smoking unit.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you.

From spring through late summer, swallows may nest in the upper areas of the balconies. The birds and their nests are strictly protected under nature conservation laws and must not be removed. As a rule, the balconies can still be used during the breeding season.


Complex:

The “Ferienpark Sierksdorf” apartment complex is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of town and right on the Baltic Sea. The beach is easily accessible without having to cross any streets—particularly convenient for families with children. The gently sloping beach section offers good conditions for swimming and is patrolled during the season from May through September. A separate dog beach is also available in a slightly quieter location. The newly redesigned promenade invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach and take leisurely walks; we highly recommend the beautiful cliffside trail along Neustadt Bay.

Various recreational activities around the holiday park offer plenty of variety. Nearby amenities include beachside restaurants, a seasonal bread kiosk, beach chair rentals, mini-golf, bowling, and table tennis. The famous Hansa-Park, with its numerous rides and attractions, is within easy walking distance. An indoor swimming pool is located in the neighbouring Panoramic apartment complex. Shopping, a petrol station, and an ATM can be found in nearby Neustadt in Holstein.

Sierksdorf itself is a quiet, family-friendly Baltic Sea resort between Scharbeutz and Neustadt in Holstein. The beach, cliffs, and the charming landscape of the Bay of Lübeck offer wonderful opportunities for walks and bike rides along the coast or into the green countryside.
