This cosy 2-room apartment (55 square metres) is located on the outskirts of Holzhausen on the top floor of a bungalow with a garden, terrace, and shared pool. It features a living/dining area with a cosy TV nook (corner sofa that converts to a sleeper sofa, approx. 160 x 200 cm + optional
additional guest bed, 90 x 200 cm), a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed (which can be converted into two single beds), a bathroom with natural light, a shower (80x80x190 cm), a toilet, and a washing machine. Wi-Fi, two TVs, and a radio are also available. A cot, high chair, and changing pad are available for toddlers. The apartment features sloped ceilings with exposed rafters and dormers. The entire apartment has vinyl flooring, and the windows in every room are equipped with electric roller shades.



Holiday rental on the Singold:

The living area consists of a large, bright dining area with a table, chairs, a high chair, and a sideboard. Adjacent to this is a cosy TV corner with a corner sofa that can be converted into a sleeper sofa (approx. 160 x 200 cm). An additional guest bed (90 x 200 cm) is available as an option in the living area.
The separate yet open kitchen was built in 2020 and offers all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher, an induction stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, small appliances, cookware and tableware, silverware, a filter coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, an Italian espresso maker, etc.
The bedroom features a double bed (2 mattresses, each 90x200 cm, which can also be separated into 2 single beds) and, if needed, a cot, as well as closets, drawers, and a flat-screen TV. Bedding is included.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, toilet, washing machine, and towels; a hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, and toilet paper are also provided.
In the entryway, the wardrobe, shoe cabinet, and seating area provide plenty of storage space and room to get dressed.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
