Villa Magnolia 2 is a beautiful holiday home located a few kilometers from Gallipoli and only 800 meters from the sea. This villa is ideal for spending summer holidays in total relaxation and tranquility. It has large outdoor areas characterized by a beautiful Mediterranean garden, which creates a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere.
The villa has large verandas equipped with garden furniture, where you can enjoy hot summer days in the shade of olive trees. The interior of the house is very spacious and bright, with a large living room equipped with a comfortable sofa bed and a half, perfect for hosting any guests.
The house has two bedrooms, both equipped with double beds and with the possibility of adding two additional beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with a kitchenette and the bathroom is equipped with a shower.

The entire Marina is crossed by a cycle path for those who do not want to give up city habits.
There is no shortage of convenience stores, bars, restaurants, pizzerias, children's play areas, tennis courts, outdoor sandwich shops, but seaside clubs are the most fascinating places and of greatest interest for visitors.
The coast is rocky, but low and flat.
