The spacious 106 m2 (1140 sf) flat is located in the south of Munich and offers space for up to 7 people in three bedrooms (recommendation 5 adults plus 2 children). There is a lockable garage for those travelling by car.
The flat is perfectly located. You can reach vibrant Munich in around half an hour and are also close to all the tourist highlights of Upper Bavaria. You can relax on the large south-west-facing terrace in a safe and tolerant neighbourhood.

You live in a small apartment block on the 2nd floor. The entire flat is newly and tastefully furnished as a holiday flat and meets all needs, whether for a group of adults or a large family. Whether as a holiday home or a large flat for your temporary work stay. This is the perfect feel-good oasis between Munich and the Upper Bavarian Alps.
The highlights:
- In the 33 m2 (355 sf) living/dining area, everyone can relax on the large sofa area (can be converted into a bed on request). The 55-inch smart TV offers all TV programmes and the login option for all popular streaming services. There is room for everyone to enjoy dinner together at the beautiful dining table
- Next to it, the fully equipped kitchen offers all the technical facilities you would expect from a well-equipped kitchen. In addition to a cooker with oven and extractor bonnet, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, you will of course also find all the necessary cooking utensils and sufficient crockery and glasses. We also guarantee the following groceries as initial equipment: coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, flour, vinegar and oil.
- A highlight is the 15 m2 (161 sf) terrace with lounge seating area. The terrace faces south-west. So you can enjoy the sunset. As the terrace is half-covered, you can also sit here while it is raining. Smoking is not permitted in the flat, but you will find ashtrays on the terrace. On very hot days, a marquise over the entire terrace offers protection from the sun and therefore space to doze off when you are recovering from your excursions.
The flat sleeps up to 7 people:
- Bedroom 1 has a large double bed 180 x 200 cm with two high-quality mattresses. There is a small balcony facing north-east (with seating and ashtray)
- Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed for one adult and two children
- Bedroom 3 also has a large double bed 180 x 200 cm with two high-quality mattresses.
- In the bathroom you will find all the necessary accessories such as a hairdryer, make-up mirror, bathroom scales, first-aid kit and shower/bathtub
- The toilet is in a separate room
We recommend travelling by car, as this way you can always reach all the tourist highlights of Upper Bavaria independently and quickly. A private, lockable garage is available for you, where you can park a normal sized car.
The flat is located in a quiet and very safe residential area. Restaurants and shopping facilities are within walking distance or a few minutes by car. Just a few walking minutes away is a local recreation area with extensive walking opportunities and a great children's playground.
The entire flat is supplied with fast WLan.
Smoking is only permitted on the terrace and balcony. Parties are not allowed. Of course you can hold family reunions with up to 10 people (sufficient crockery is available). Pets are not allowed.
The rental takes place in the name and on behalf of the owners Haki by the professional holiday home agency Schulte-Tigges GbR. The Schulte-Tigges agency takes care of the entire rental process. Haki is available on site to answer questions about the flat, the check-in and tips for the surrounding area.
