This stunning luxury villa is located in the delightful and tranquil park, 't Hoogelandt – one of the most scenic areas of Texel. This area, De Dennen (The Pines), is part of the National Park "Dunes of Texel". The villa is beautifully situated at the forest and dunes and a short distance from the sea and beach. The Razende Bol is an ideal base for hiking and cycling excursions. The beach pavilion Paal 17 is just 1.5 km from the villa. Here you can have lunch and, when you come home in the afternoon after a lovely forest or beach walk or bike ride, you can relax in the spacious living room while enjoying a drink. The children pretend they are Captain Redbeard and his mates in het Schipbreuk- en Juttersmuseum Flora (the Shipwreck and Beachcomber’s museum) or they can bob along on the waves of the Calluna swimming park – all just a stone's throw from the Razende Bol. Living room
The living room has two glass sliding doors giving access to a spacious terrace with a wooden table and benches. The living room (with open kitchen) is cozy, modern and fully equipped. Relax after a meal or sit in the lovely sitting area enjoying a good glass of wine or Texel Skuumkop beer, and while watching your favorite program on our curved Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi.

Luxury bedrooms
The house has 4 spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a private bathroom with luxury shower and Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi. You will sleep in an extra long Eastborn box-spring bed. On the floor above, there are three other bedrooms, also with a bathroom, Smart LED TV with Wi-Fi and extra long Eastborn box-spring beds. One bedroom has a private bath with whirlpool, luxury shower and toilet. The other two bedrooms have a luxury bathroom with shower and sink. There is a separate toilet on the landing.

Garden and Terrace
The large terrace faces south. In the summer enjoy the sun while sipping a drink and listening to the meat sizzling on the barbecue. The villa has floor heating on the ground floor. On the floor above, there are radiators that you can control for each room. This fully furnished villa can accommodate up to 8 people. The villages of De Koog, with its many restaurants and terraces, and Den Burg, the bustling shopping district and trendy Streetfood Bar, are just a few kilometers from the Razende Bol.
