We are a young couple and the new owners of this appartement. The previous owners had excellent 4.78 Stars and 210 reviews (I can provide screenshots). Everything remained the same and we will keep their legacy as great Hosts! This is your chance for an amazing stay!

The appartment is bright, open & nicely divided in different areas (dining, chilling, cooking & working). It has a perfect balcony to enjoy your breakfast or read a book.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and all the utensils.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and a total of 4 people are well fittet. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (150 cm wide), and a large closet where you can store all your belongings.
The second bedroom has a convertible bed for one or two people as needed. Once opened it is like an extra Queen Size bed of 160cm wide. It also has a wardrobe. Both rooms are exterior. Both rooms can be made fully dark.
The building is of recent construction in 2008 so the apartment has all the amenities: parquet floors, air conditioning and heating in all rooms, elevator, good thermal and acoustic insulation perfect to rest after a long day of visit in the city.

In the neighborhood you will find all the facilities. There is a supermarket directly opposite of the appartement building. There are also many small shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants ... the neighborhood market is at the end of the street, where you can find all kinds of local products. If you want to visit the main tourist attractions of Barcelona, the appartement is amazingly connected. You have 3 different metro lines around you (just about 6 mins walk!)

The L1 - takes you directly to Plaza Catalunya in just about 15 minutes. It also passes through Plaza Espanya where a lot of events and festivals such as Firas and more..

The L5 - takes you directly to the Sagrada Familia in about 15 mins.

Sants Estacio is about 25 minutes on foot, although if you come with luggage, i would recommend to change the trains and take the L5 and you will only have to walk 6 mins to the appartement.

UNDERGROUND PARKING AVAILABLE - 10 EUROS/DAY (PRIOR AUTHORIZATION, PLEASE CONSULT AVAILABILITY)
PARKING SIZE: 4.5m x 2.2m
The car must be strictly within the square. If the car is too big, you can not use the parking. Failure to comply with this rule, as well as parking in another place different from the one designated, will involve the automatic withdrawal of the vehicle and its disposal in the warehouse. The cost of the crane as well as the deposit will be fully paid by the guest.

Please take care of our keys. If you loose them we will apply a fee of 100€s.
