Excellent location

The apartment was perfect, exacly how it was listed. The surrounding neighborhood was great. It is more of a local location so it was packed with tourists. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Stay!

We really loved our stay at this apartment. The neighborhood was adorable and the apartment was awesome! The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable. We hope to visit again! Thank you so much to the manager and his staff for being so very responsive and helpful!

Super nice!

Several grocery stores within a couple blocks, Metro and bus stop 1 block. Wonderful safe neighborhood!! Easy walk from train station.

good place

The apartment was smaller than I thought it would be but still adequate for 4 of us. There were many steps to climb to the 4th floor location - while there was an elevator which we appreciated, it could only take 1 person or 1 suitcase at a time. Property managers were very responsive and helpful. The place was super clean, and well located. we had a problem finding a place to park - we worked it out but it was expensive (50 eurows for overnight stay). so we would stay again if we had no car.

Great Stay Barcelona!

This apartment was perfect for 2 couples. We each had our own bedroom and bath. We prepared our breakfast in the kitchen and enjoyed having the coffee pot and cups. There was plenty of cookware and dishes if one wanted to prepare a larger meal. We enjoyed the terrace very much!! We ate there and enjoyed visiting. We also appreciated the washer and detergent. The clothes dried quickly overnight. We ate at 4 restaurants nearby which were good. And visited 2 nearby grocery stores. We didn't have a car but the public rail was nearby and we were able to get everywhere in the city on it. The management was welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I were going to Barcelona.

Great location

All categories listed earned a 5 star, but I gave this place 4 stars only because of maintenance issues. The shower head hose in the main bedroom/bath was disconnecting from the shower head, making it nearly impossible to shower without spraying water all over the bathroom. And, the door handle to the balcony fell off the first time we tried to open it. We notified the office and I will update to let you know if we receive our deposit back. Other than those 2 things, this was a great place to stay! The location was near a market where we purchased breakfast items. There was a security guard in the market - I don’t know if this is a common practice, but we felt very safe in this neighborhood. It was also very near the Metro and we walked to this property from the main train station where we had traveled to from Madrid. I would definitely stay here again, even with the maintenance issues.

Otimo apartamento com localização perfeita

O apartamento é fantástico! Tem ótima localização com bares, restaurantes, mercados e a vizinhança era muito linda e tranquila. A entrada do metro fica a apenas 50 metros de distancia do prédio e demora no máximo 20 minutos para chegar em qualquer destino. O apartamento é lindo com moveis novos e modernos, boas camas, ótimo sofá na sala, smart tv, AC em cada cômodo e maquina de lavar roupas. A área externa é ótima para passar o tempo junto, o guarda-sol nos permitiu aproveitar o terraço a qualquer hora do dia. A única coisa que nos incomodou um pouco foi as portas do banheiro da suíte, que deixam a agua escapar pela borracha. Nossa estadia foi incrível e pudemos criar muitas memorias que serão sempre guardadas com carinho. O host Jacopo nos recebeu super bem e fez questão de responder nossa duvidas a respeito da cidade. Se eu voltar a Barcelona, espero poder me hospedar novamente nesse apartamento

Excellente prestation

Appartement confortable, fonctionnel, spacieux, propre et ensoleillé. Nous avions le penthouse au dernier étage, avec une terrasse très agréable. Tout est bien conçu et agencé, cuisine très bien équipée et 2 salles de bain avec 2 grandes douches et 2 toilettes. Bonne literie. Idéal pour une famille de 4. Côté localisation, c'est un peu excentré du quartier central Barrio Gothic mais à 10 minutes à pied de la place d'Espagne et à 2 minutes de la station de métro Hostafrancs. En fait, c'est carrément beaucoup mieux d'être un peu à l'écart de la trop touristique Rembla pour être dans un quartier barcelonais plus authentique et très sympa. Possibilité de déposer les bagages avant check-in et après check out. Merci aux gérants pour leur accueil très sympa à l'arrivée comme au départ.

Bonjour je suis venu pour réunion passer 2 jours d'habitués je prends des hôtel cette fois ci je voulais changer opter pour un appartement c'était extraordinaire toute et a la portée de la main metro . grand magazin centre commercial bar restaurant. Quoi j'ai pas regretter d'avoir loué cette appartement. Juste un petit truc l'ascenseur et trop petit juste une valise je vous recommande vous allez regretter salut
