Gorgeous apartment in Below

Directly on the Woblitzsee, on a 1,000 square metre waterfront property with its own jetty, there are two holiday apartments with lake views for up to 3 and 4 people respectively. You can fish from the jetty, bring your own boat or hire an existing rowing boat for a fee (45 EUR/week). A large sunbathing lawn by the lake is available to all guests, as are car parking spaces, electric heating, barbecue and bicycle storage facilities. Shopping facilities and restaurants can be found in Wesenberg, approx. 6 km away.

The holiday apartment in the basement has a living room (sofa bed - extra bed for one person, fireplace, satellite TV) with open kitchen (dining table, oven, cooker, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed) and a bathroom with shower/WC. Direct access from the terrace to the lake.

Final cleaning is included in the total price. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, electricity and water costs according to consumption, boat (if desired) 45 EUR/week.Pets are not allowed in this property.



Below - a district of the recognised resort of Wesenberg - is quietly and tranquilly situated on a small peninsula directly on Lake Woblitzsee, part of the popular Upper Havel Waterway, in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District nature experience region. Wesenberg is characterised by countless lakes connected by small canals, making it a popular holiday destination for all water sports enthusiasts. As the south-eastern gateway to the Müritz National Park, the region is also an ideal starting point for extensive tours by bike or on foot. The town's landmark is the castle, built in the 13th century, with the so-called Fangelturm tower, which now houses the tourist information centre, and shopping facilities, restaurants, an outdoor pool, boat trips, canoe, boat and bike hire stations can be found directly in Wesenberg or in the residential town of Neustrelitz, approx. 11 km away.
