Cozy bedrooms with a king bedroom and ensuite, a queen bedroom with a bathroom near in the hallway, a double bedroom (same bathroom in same hallway), and 2 sofabeds in the downstairs area (bathroom with toilet, sink, shower).There is a private room in the downstairs area with a patio door andsmall table and 2 chairs in the area outside of the patio door. Also downstairs is a treadmill, rowing machine, weights and yoga mats. Weights, jumping ropes and yoga mats are also in wine/yoga garden during warmer months. This is a great property to hold intimate themed get togethers, like Halloween or Christmas. Book during October for a fun Halloween experience with decorations including animatronics. You will find plenty of amenities and activities for sunny, rainy, and snowy days. You will not be disappointed. The dining room has a large table with 6 oversized black chairs (sides of chairs fold down so that you can lounge). The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cooking oils, baking and cooking supplies. New dishwasher, new refrigerator, newish stove/oven. Plenty of food storage space. Windows face back deck and lake. The dining room and living room are open concept. All of the main rooms are on the same floor of this ranch-style home. Pet-friendly with plenty of dog dishes around. Fireplace in living room turns on with the press of a button. Instant coziness, no mess. Wooden vaulted ceiling in the living room, dining room and kitchen area adds to the warmth of this space. Only 5 minutes away from the Sault Ste.
