Beautiful townhouse with spectecular sea views from the roof terrace Casa Cachalote is a lovingly renovated townhouse in the charming fishing district, with its pedestrianised streets and flower-filled patios. It can accommodate up to four people. The view of the Atlantic Ocean from the roof terrace is simply fantastic. You can also enjoy a wonderful view of the sea from the living and dining area.
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms, each with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and very comfortable mattresses, as well as a lovely shower room. On the first floor is the large open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. A comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island are located on this bright floor. All rooms are fitted with underfloor heating and air conditioning (cooling/heating).
On the second floor is the roof terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and lounge furniture. Under the shady pergola, you can enjoy meals overlooking the sea even during the warmer months. The outdoor shower with hot and cold water is available all year round. Right next to it is a small bathroom with a washbasin and toilet, overlooking the sea.
The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the town centre, with its many restaurants and small shops, is just a stone’s throw away. The house is situated in a very quiet location in one of the narrow lanes of the fishing district. High-speed internet is available via the fibre-optic connection and Wi-Fi. The modern TV offers German and Spanish channels and is internet-enabled for logging into Netflix etc. Due to the open staircase, the house is not recommended for small children.
