The 100 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and 3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite bathroom and 2 sharing a bathroom), accommodating up to 6 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are available.



The villa offers a private outdoor space with a pool, garden, covered and open terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower. Events and parties are not allowed.



The property is located near the beach. There is a parking space on the premises. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.

Air conditioning is available only in the bedrooms and operates free of charge from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. Guests may request up to 2 baby sets (cot and high chair).
