'Alter Ton in neuer Art' hat uns völlig begeistert. Das renovierte und erweiterte Kapitänshaus in Born überrascht mit stilsicher verbauten Materialien, Lehmputz und Sichtmauerwerk und bis ins Detail sorgfältig ausgesuchten Möbeln im Wohnbereich. Besonders gefallen hat uns der solide, handwerklich gefertigte Esstisch. In der hochwertigen Küche sind alle Utensilien vorgehalten, die zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten nötig sind. Bester Schlafkomfort, sowie die First-Class- Ausstattung der beiden Badezimmer taten ein Übriges für eine erholsame Zeit - nahe am Darßer Urwald, den wir kreuz und quer mit den Rädern erkundeten. Weststrand und Nordstrand, mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar, luden ein zu erfrischendem Bad, und eine Handvoll Herzkirschen vom Baum am Kapitänshaus waren der Gipfel des Wohlgeschmacks an diesem Urlaub in der zweiten Junihälfte. Born am Darß war für uns eine Entdeckung!

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich an einer Straße in einem alten Fischerhaus, in dem auch zeitweilig..

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich an einer Straße in einem alten Fischerhaus, in dem auch zeitweilig in dem hinteren und oberen Bereich die Vermieter wohnen. Das Haus wurde denkmalgerecht und unglaublich liebevoll restauriert. Die Wohnung ist im gemütlichen modernen Landhauslook mit sorgfältig abgestimmten Farben und mit einer Küchentechnik auf hohem Niveau eingerichtet. Wir kamen in die Wohnung und waren in viele einzelne Details sofort verliebt. Die Terrasse ist von einer Hecke und einem Fahrradschuppen umgeben. Schatten spendet ein Kirschbaum, der die Terrasse überdacht. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung ein Traum und lädt zum Bleiben ein.

Born ist als Standort sehr ruhig und dörflich, ohne Rummel, was uns sehr gefallen hat. In jedem Raum ist mindestens 1 Fenster mit Fliegengittern, was auch nötig ist. Alles im Haus Tiptop. Zusatzbuchung von 4 Familiengästen für 2 Tage war völlig unkompliziert kurzfristig möglich. Sehr netter Vermieter!! Sehr gute Betreuung durch den Vermittler Weststrandbokking!! Internet
