The studio is located in a detached single-family house and is furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the sea and its quiet, sunny hillside location. The following are available for shared use: lawn for sunbathing, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Novi Vinodolski. The studio is located on a enclosed garden plot with meadow and shrubs, bordered by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Located in Novi Vinodolski, the property is within 500 metres of The View Beach and within 40 km of Trsat Castle. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.
