Holiday Home in Swiecianowo near Lake Beach

Quiet village of Święcianowo, 10 km from a larger city (Sławno), 5 km from a lake (Ostrowieckie Lake), where there is a beach and a water equipment rental. A trip to the sea is not a problem here either - only 25 km to Darłowo. The nearest surroundings of the house are meadows and forests. Lots of opportunities for walks and bike trips in natural areas. Here you can really relax, enjoying the silence, wonderful nature and clean air.

A cozy, two-story holiday home with a private, fenced property. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace and TV. The living room is connected to the kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower (there is a washing machine here). On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms. There are 2 terraces, 1 of which is covered, and on the first floor there is also a balcony. The view from the terrace on the west side is particularly impressive, where there is a wonderful panorama. The sunsets here are particularly phenomenal.

The house is located on a large, fenced plot of approx. 2500 sq m (all at guests' private disposal).
The owner of the house lives in the same village (approx. 1 km away) and can help at any time.
The price of the stay includes: bed linen, towels, electricity consumption, water consumption, stay with a dog (max. 2), wood for the fireplace, baby cot, final cleaning, parking.
The main attraction here is the natural values, vast meadows, dense forests, perfect for hiking, walking and cycling. In the village there is a private fishing pond, the owner of which invites guests to fish (for an additional fee; if necessary, you can also rent basic fishing equipment). In addition, there are also fish ponds (trout). It is possible to buy fresh fish straight from the pond.
5 km away is a lake with a beautiful beach and water equipment rental. For lovers of sea bathing, there is a Baltic beach near Darłowo.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house Non smoking accommodation. not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
