The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama, as well as its quiet and sunny location. This holiday property is a family-friendly, historic and romantic accommodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities and courtyard. Solarium with sun loungers and parasols, sofas and tables with chairs.


Your holiday house
Your holiday house consists of 1 floor, 2 rooms (from which 1 bedroom), is 40 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is covered and ground level and leads directly in the living room with lounge. The rooms are divided as follows: Living room / bedroom 20 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and 1 baby bed and TV. You have access to the loggia. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 20 sqm and with dinette, TV, electric cooker induction cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), refrigerator (100 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the loggia. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and Medicine with chromotherapy.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna and cable.

Location
Perugia, district Perugia, 220 m above sea level. The holiday home is located in a hotel complex, on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence, a hedce and a wall. The garden is shared with other guests and there is a solarium with umbrellas, sunbeds, seating and tables. In front of the holiday home there is a small garden with shrubs and aromatic plants The cottage is set in a private garden and in an 18th century building Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available in a carport. There is a charging station for electric cars in the village (2 km). The parking is completely fenced and private. There is no guarantee that parking spaces will be available. If the parking space is not available, it will not be possible to park the car near the accommodation

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via antenna, cable. The accommodation is allergy-free and equipped with hypoallergenic pillows.
