Modern villa close to the beach and with private pool Villa Ibicenca is a stunning new villa for up to 8 people with private pool in the beautiful residential area of Fuente del Gallo in Conil. The beach is only a few minutes walk away. You will find a small well-stocked supermarket and restaurants nearby. Villa Ibicenca has a spacious living-dining area with open kitchen and large windows overlooking the garden. On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two singles) that share a shower room. The large master bedroom is on the first floor and has a shower room ensuite. The views through the panoramic window overlooking an overgrown riverbed are amazing. It also has access to a terrace. The second bedroom on the first floor has two single beds and also an ensuite shower room and access to a terrace. All bedrooms and the living area have air conditioning.
