Sehr geehrter Mieter,
Vielen Dank für ihre Meinung. Bei den von ihnen so genannten „Schimmel“ in der Dusche handelt es sich um den normalen Verschleiß der Silikonfugen innerhalb der Dusche am Bodenanschluss. Die Wartung dieser und andere Dinge ist bereits für Mitte November angedacht.
Wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen und einen ungestörten Aufenthalt genießen können. Offensichtliche Verstöße gegen die Hausordnung zwingen uns allerdings zur Kontaktaufnahme und machen dies auch unabdingbar um Ärger und Kosten für Sie und Uns zu vermeiden.
