We’ve stayed at this house for Oktoberfest for the past three years, and it continues to exceed our expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, making it easy to enjoy everything Fredericksburg has to offer while still feeling comfortable and at home. The house has so much character and charm, which is a big part of why we keep coming back year after year. It’s well maintained, welcoming, and a great place to relax after a day of enjoying the festivities.Heidi is a wonderful host and is always quick to respond whenever we have a question or need anything during our stay. Her communication and attention to guests make the experience even better. We’ve enjoyed our stays so much that we’re already looking forward to returning in 2027.

Cute, comfortable, and well stocked house. This is the second time I have stayed at this house. The location is great. Not too far to walk downtown if you don't mind walking a few blocks. Definitely recommend this house for a friend or couples' getaway.
